Description
This 45-minute clinic takes place upstairs on synthetic ice and utilizes the Hockey Copilot - a shooting trainer and simulator!
It covers techniques for Shooting in stride. In this clinic, kids will learn how to shoot while still moving, catching the defense and goalie off guard. They'll practice keeping their hands and puck away from the body to generate a quick release, while also using their bottom hand to add power.
There is a maximum of 4 players with 1 instructor and each session is 45 minutes. Participants will need skates, a helmet, gloves and a stick and they can wear a T-shirt and shorts.
