Identifying Innovation-R

This course is being offered in a blended format using Zoom and CCE Comunity. You will be required to commit to a total of 14 hours of learning including: pre-work, after class work with your group, and on your own.

This course provides practical tools for how to identify and analyze problems, select the best opportunities for innovation, and create an implementation plan to close gaps. You will learn the roles for leaders, employees, and clients in applying these tools.
