Description
This course is being offered in a blended format using Zoom and CCE Community. You will be required to commit to a total of 14 hours of learning including: pre-work, after class work with your group, and on your own.
Resilient leaders support teams and organizations through unexpected, high pressure and difficult circumstances. Resilient leadership makes all the difference when addressing crisis, responding to setbacks, adapting to major change, confronting tragedy, or dealing with complex environmental impacts through a position of strength and optimism.
So what does it take to be a resilient leader? Resilient leaders are able to calmly pivot direction, make decisions in unique circumstances, cope with their own stress levels, and energize others, while using high levels of emotional intelligence. This course focuses on developing strategies and skills for leading with resilience with an equal focus on self-leadership and leading others.
