Description
This course is being offered in a blended format using Zoom and CCE Community. You will be required to commit to a total of 14 hours of learning including: pre-work, after class work with your group, and on your own.
Customers are the life blood of organizations! Customer care includes relationship building and management which includes critical considerations in building and maintaining positive relationships between companies and organizations and their clients or consumers; in turn, supporting important business goals and strategic objectives. This course will examine best practises and necessary skills to cultivate genuine and authentic engagement while improving the customer service experience! Through examining real life organizations, scenarios and application of best practises in various business industries and settings, this course is designed to be a catalyst in advancing the skills required for customer service excellence.
This is an elective course in the Professional Management Certificate. This course may be taken independently or toward the Professional Management Certificate.
