In Business Communication, the focus is on the elements of clear, concise and efficient business communication. First, you will learn how to prepare concise, high-impact documents and presentations that achieve results which are essential for business success. You will have the opportunity to practice writing for situations that match your business needs (e.g. abstracts, proposals, reports and email correspondence). In the second day, you will learn to take your business ideas and translate them into quality presentations.
