Description
Registration is by invitation only; an
audition is required for those who have not taken courses with
Flamenco Regina before. Please contact sis.noncredit@uregina.ca to
schedule an audition with our program instructors.
Designed for our most experienced flamenco students, Advanced Flamenco classes
will improve flamenco dance technique through more advanced footwork,
arm movement, and rhythmic clapping. There is continued emphasis on
style, clarity and precision. Students will study a range of flamenco
rhythms and learn associated choreography. Our Flamenco dance program is
run in partnership with Flamenco Regina.

Note about UR Community: If you do not already have an account our Student & Instructor Services Non-Credit Office
will create an account for you or your child and log-in information
will be e-mailed prior to the course starting. All weekly course
information from instructors should be posted and communicated in
this online classroom. While this is not a hybrid program, if
participants are ill or out of town, you could join this class via
Zoom. Classrooms in UR Community will have a link to a Zoom
classroom. Please just notify your instructor at least one business
day before your class if you need to join class this way to ensure the
instructor can accommodate your request.
